Super Beers That Won’t Bowl You Over

Let’s be honest, Super Bowl Sunday can be a long day of drinking. If you come out swinging with those barleywines and imperial stouts you’ve been saving, you could be asleep before the end of the first half. So as we gear up to watch the Patriots take on (ie. beat) the Falcons this Sunday, make sure to grab a six pack of these super sessions.

Allagash Hoppy Table Beer

I am all about this beer. Super light and crushable, while still being hop-forward, the Hoppy Table Beer is a new take on the classic Belgian tradition.

Harpoon Fresh Tracks

While not technically a session, clocking in at 6.2%, the new Harpoon Fresh Tracks is a clean single hop Pale that showcases the piney=, citrusy character of Centennial hops

Stone Ripper

One of a several brand new beers Stone is rolling out in 2017, the Ripper (which might be the best name for a session we’ve seen yet) pushes the hop boundries of the pale ale style with greapfuit and passion fruit hoppiness.

Green Flash GFB

Green Flash’s brand new blonde is actually only available in draught for the time being, so grab your growler and share a few pints of this 4.8% San Diego brew.
