The latest seasonal release from Cape May Brewing Co. was a bit of an “accident”. The brewers were attempting to make a cranberry wheat beer and added too much cranberry. Instead of abandoning the beer, they decided to turn it into a shandy and combine the tart cranberry wheat with lemonade! This sessionable shandy (3.9% ABV) is light, refreshing and easy-drinking, while still packing tons of flavor.
Try it with sea salted milk chocolate or spinach & arugula salad.
