Elevating Irish Coffee

Coffee + beer + whiskey = bliss.

This alcohol-infused iced coffee made with Guinness Draught Stout and Irish Whiskey will transport you directly to the pubs in Ireland. A twist on the Irish coffee recipe that is known and loved around the world, this cocktail is elevated by the addition of the rich and velvety, iconic Irish brew. A perfect balance of bitter and sweet, with malt and roast characters, Guinness adds depth, complexity and a wonderful mouth feel to this already irresistible Irish indulgence.

Dublin Iced Coffee
Ingredients

  • 1½ oz. Irish whiskey
  • 3/4 oz. simple syrup
  • 2 oz. Guinness Draught Stout
  • 2 oz. cold-brew coffee
  • 1/2 oz. heavy cream
  • Cinnamon (optional)

Preparation
Fill a glass with ice. Add all ingredients except the cream.

Stir to mix.

Slowly top off the drink with cream. Garnish with cinnamon, if you like.
